50 Year Snowload Warranty
Northland Buildings warrants that after completion of the building, it will structurally withstand the snowload for which it was designed. Check with your local sales representative for details.
6 Year Roof Leak Warranty
Northland Buildings for a period of six years will repair without charge any roof leaks due to defects in material or workmanship.
60 Year Treatment Warranty
Northland Buildings warrants to the purchaser that all pressure-treated poles used in the building, when properly installed as vertical supports in storage sheds or similar structures, will resist decay or insect attack.
30 Year Paint Warranty
Northland Buildings, for a period of thirty years, warrants the colored steel panels against cracking, checking, or peeling.
1 Year Workmanship Warranty
Northland Buildings warrants that the building is free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year.
